Pooling inspiration from a kaleidoscope of references and layering them to create a surreal set for SIGRID’s live Vevo Lift performance. To show the contrast between Sigrid’s touring and home life, we symbolically layer urban and natural settings, transposing one onto another through art direction, lighting and projections.

We see architectural details like a stage made of stairs in bold colours react musically. Each stair could be lit to respond to the beat, while a strip of coloured carpet could flash on and off as Sigrid steps onto it. Everything comes to life with selective lighting as with a live show. The band’s instruments could be highlighted with light (e.g light in the drum kit or on the amps).
